Q: What is the lead time?

For standard products, the typical lead time is within 10 working days.

For customized projects, the lead time usually takes around 20–30 working days, depending on the project complexity, customization requirements and order quantity.

Our displays can support Android, Windows and standalone media player solutions according to different applications.
Q: Do your displays support 24/7 operation?
Yes. Our commercial displays are designed for continuous operation in retail, hospitality and public environments.
Q: How do you ensure product quality?

All GoXmart displays go through strict quality inspections before shipment.

Before assembly, LCD panels are tested with a 6-hour aging test. After assembly, each finished product undergoes at least 2 hours of aging testing.

We check key functions including :Display performance, brightness, dead pixels and dust points,,remote control function, Appearance quality

For outdoor digital signage products, we also perform an additional 4-hour water spray test to ensure reliable operation in outdoor environments.

Q: What after-sales support do you provide?
Except 1 year warranty, We also provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance and spare parts support after delivery.
Q:How do you ship the products?
We support different shipping methods including express, air and sea transportation according to customer requirements, DDP, DDP, EXW, FOB, express etc.
